I only started following your blog last year. I live in Tampa and have a young son who is playing little league baseball. I did not play as a kid, but have begun learning much more about the game in recent years. I stumbled upon your blog purely by chance. I enjoyed reading all of your comments and stories about the minor leagues. I will miss reading and learning from you. Good luck in your next career. I’m sure UT prepared you well. Rosey..wow what a way to end the year. You all are to be congratulated on the effort you put out every night. win or lose I really believe this is one of our most entertaining teams. You are all to be commended for that. Well have a great off season and I will be lookin forward to seein you in the Spring. Should be a great year next year. Wonder how you will like double A…Hey man I for one think you belong “Up” there..thanks Chris..have a great winter…

Thanks for a great season Rosey. This was not the best Quakes team we have ever seen in terms of wins and losses, but with this team in particular anything was possible on any given night (all the late inning comebacks, Ryan striking out the side on 9 pitches, Jeremy’s walk off 3 run homer against Stockton, the improbable playoff run) and that made Quakes games fun all season long.

Wow that Wednesday game at the epicenter was a real nail biter….but, last nite at Esinore was even sweeter. Way to go guys and now its on to High Desert tomorrow night. Gonna run up the hill to see you guys take the first one and will be home on monday for the clincher (I hope) good vibrations to all the guys and lets get it done…wow great baseball lately..
